Aftab Ahmed, born in the beautiful village of Kadamtala Bagicha in Mangaldoi, Assam, comes from a humble and devoted family. His father, Sultan Ali, and mother, Anuwara Khatun, provided him with a foundation rooted in values, culture, and hard work. Growing up in this tranquil village under the jurisdiction of Darrang Police Station, Aftab’s story is one of resilience, ambition, and the desire to contribute meaningfully to society.

Throughout his life, Aftab has met many people and made countless friends. However, his bonds with Advocate Samsul Alam and Muzafar Hussain have stood out as his best and most enduring friendships. These relationships, forged in the simplicity of rural life and strengthened through mutual respect, have shaped Aftab’s character and provided support during key phases of his life.

From his early education at Panbari L.P School to completing his higher education at Kharupetia College and Mangaldai Law College, Aftab’s academic and professional journey showcases his determination to achieve success, despite the challenges that rural life sometimes presents.

Aftab's early years were spent in the scenic village of Kadamtala Bagicha, a place known for its greenery, peaceful surroundings, and close-knit community. The village, nestled under Darrang Police Station, had a profound impact on Aftab’s values and outlook on life. His childhood was marked by simplicity, hard work, and a strong sense of belonging. Growing up with his parents, Sultan Ali and Anuwara Khatun, Aftab learned the importance of perseverance, honesty, and kindness. His father, Sultan Ali, was known for his hardworking nature, always teaching Aftab the value of staying grounded while pursuing his dreams. His mother, Anuwara Khatun (Ammu), offered a different yet equally important set of lessons—those of compassion, patience, and family. Together, they provided Aftab with a rich and balanced foundation.

Aftab’s educational path began at Panbari Lower Primary School, a modest institution that laid the foundation for his academic success. It was here that Aftab first experienced the joy of learning and began developing a curiosity for knowledge. Teachers at Panbari L.P School were kind and nurturing, guiding him through the basic principles of education and fostering a sense of community among the students.

After completing his primary education, Aftab moved on to Panbari High School for his secondary education. Here, he faced new challenges, both academically and socially. The transition from lower primary to high school was a significant milestone in Aftab's life. During these formative years, Aftab developed a love for reading, especially history, literature, and law, which would later influence his decision to pursue higher education in law.

Upon completing his 10th class, Aftab decided to continue his education and enrolled in Kharupetia College for his graduation. It was at Kharupetia College that Aftab’s passion for learning truly flourished. He studied diligently, and the supportive academic environment helped him broaden his perspectives. In 2017, he successfully completed his graduation, having earned a degree that would prepare him for his future legal studies and career.

Motivated by a strong sense of justice and fairness, Aftab enrolled in Mangaldai Law College, where he worked hard to complete his L.L.B degree. The rigorous curriculum of law school challenged him in new ways, sharpening his critical thinking skills and deepening his understanding of legal systems.

Throughout his time at Mangaldai Law College, Aftab learned the importance of discipline, focus, and integrity—qualities that are essential for anyone in the legal profession. His professors, some of whom had vast experience in legal practice, were instrumental in shaping his views on justice, equality, and law.

After completing his L.L.B degree, Aftab began his professional career at Mangaldai Bar Association. Working with a variety of legal cases, Aftab gained valuable experience and developed a deeper understanding of legal practice. His role at the Bar Association allowed him to apply his academic knowledge to real-world legal matters, from advocating for clients to navigating complex legal systems.

His time at the Mangaldai Bar Association further honed his skills as a lawyer and provided him with insights into the practical aspects of the legal field. He found immense satisfaction in helping people navigate the often complicated legal landscape, and his commitment to fairness and justice became even more apparent as he interacted with clients, colleagues, and judges.
